We
woke up had showers and started shutting the house down. I blew out the water lines, sucked the water
out of the toilets and filled them with rv antifreeze. We also filled all of the traps, dishwasher
and washing machine drains with antifreeze.
The thermostat is set for 6 deg C . so we should not have to large of a
heating bill. Alec came to the Detroit
airport with us so he could drive our van bank to Kincardine. We had 4 hour wait board the flight and
arrived in Fort Lauderdale at 9:50
PM. It was 11:45 by the time we were
leaving the airport in the rental car.
We arrive at the Holla’s Florida house in Cape Coral at 2 AM.
